BUT DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT…

I went this morning and I am so glad that I did! I was really nervous about going because I am overweight and really out of shape. The trainer Shawn was SO great. I told him about my hesitations, and he gave me modifications through the workout so that I could keep up without being embarrassed or feeling self conscious. I got a really good workout and felt so great afterwards! LOVE this place! I will definitely be a frequent customer!

…MAN THE TRAINERS ARE AWESOME!!!!! They have decades of experience and more than that, they really care about every person that comes in, and since I’m in very bad shape right now I was pleasantly surprised at how non-judgmental the environment was. Not only were the trainers very encouraging and understanding, but so were the classmates! It has been life changing for me, and I hope all who read this review go and try it out; talk to the trainers and/or the owner, become a part of this, and change your life for the better too!!!

I’ve waited to write this review after I have been coming here now for over one month. On my 50th birthday I gave myself a personal trainer; I needed to lose 20 pounds, stop stuffing myself with sugar and get fit. (For background purposes I hate gyms, am unmotivated and could eat baked goods all day–“good luck” you might say!)

I am grateful I have now found someone willing to work around my erratic schedule, incredibly inspirational and motivational, and who keeps each private training session different, interesting, fun and entertaining, professional, exhausting and productively working towards real results.
