Every workout is designed specifically for our clients; we find in our years of experience that no two people are created alike. Some may share the same traits, ethnicity, and even body type; however, lifestyle, posture, occupation, and prior injuries dictate how a potential client should be trained, and in some cases, rehabilitated.
